Welcome to CCS!
We are so looking forward to having your family at CCS in the fall. We pray that as you look ahead to your children entering our school, you would be encouraged by how God continues to lead and provide for your family. We are looking forward to getting to know your family more in the days ahead!
Ambassador Families
All new families will be matched up with a current CCS family in the summer before they start at the school. The role of the Ambassador Family is to answer your questions in those first few weeks, be a friendly face around the school, and to help you get connected in our community. We desire to have a strong community, both for the students and the parents.
Social Events
Plan to attend one (or all) of our many fall social events to start getting connected. We will host a Splashpad Social event in August, an Ice Cream Social in September, and a Family Bonfire Night in October. All these events are intended to help you get connected to other parents and families at CCS. Each event is FREE, casual and fun. Plan to come! Throughout the year, we will also have regular fundraising and other social events such as our Walk-a-thon, Cake Auction, Winterfest, Grandparents’ Day, and the Golf Tournament. It is our hope that our CCS families will feel connected, share our events with their friends and family, and enjoy community together!
New Family Orientation

Open House for the whole school!
We invite the whole family to come to CCS for our open house. It is your chance to come walk the halls, meet the teachers, and see the classrooms. Stay tuned for more information.
Tuesday, September 5 at 9:30 am or Thursday, September 7 starting at 7 pm –
New Family Orientation
We welcome you to attend one of our orientation sessions as you begin your first school year with us. You will have the opportunity to meet some of the staff, ask your questions, and learn more about life at CCS. Stay tuned for more information.
Volunteering at CCS
One of the best ways to get to know other parents is by volunteering at the school. Between field trips, fundraising events, school socials, prep work, and committees there are lots of ways to get involved. We will routinely post volunteer opportunities in our weekly newsletter as well. If you want to volunteer and don’t know where to start, just ask!

FACTS Family Portal
The Family Portal we use is called FACTS, and you will use it frequently during your time at CCS. Take a look at the instructional document below, bookmark the website, and come back here for assistance when you need to log-in after your child begins at CCS in the fall. You can access our school calendar, directory of families, class announcements, log your volunteer hours, and more through this website. If you have any questions, just stop by the office or send an email. Remember – if you are a new family, you won’t be able to log-in until after school gets started.
